We will only charge minimum call out based on where the driver is at the time you require the taxi, if a driver is dropping off in the same area then no call out will be charged, if you are travelling far then we will sometimes be able to cancel the call out charge, all prices are set at the time of booking and you are informed of the price.
Should a journey change at the request of the customer then the price may increase, should additional stops be made then further charges maybe incured.
